Denise has owned and operated a branch of TWFG Insurance Services since 2003, and has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. She worked for several large insurance companies as an agent, and a sales manager prior to opening her branch with TWFG Insurance. Now as an independent agent, Denise specializes in providing insurance solutions for business and personal insurance clients with a wide variety of carriers. Denise is married to Tracy, a middle school football coach and mom to 3 boys. She was the 2017 Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board, and is a former board member of Tomball Business & Professional Women and Grace Gulf Coast Tres Dias. She enjoys serving in her community and church, Real Life Ministries in Tomball.

Rachel is a Personal Lines Account Manager who began her insurance career after a career in Education. Rachel is an active member and volunteer at Real Life Ministries Texas church in the heart of Tomball where she coordinates and co-leads a group for pregnant and single moms. She loves spending time with family and friends, crafting, and is an ardent book-lover.

Mina is one of our personal lines service team members. She is a native of Brenham and moved to Tomball a few years ago. She has one son, Hudson, and enjoys crocheting, bead work and photography in her spare time. She likes to capture every special moment she can with her camera.

Jennifer is our commercial lines account manager and has been in the insurance industry since 1990. She is married and has one grown daughter. Jennifer lives on a farm and helps run her family petting zoo. If you have spoken to her often, you know her favorite is Clyde the camel!

Autumn has a background in education. She is married to John, an IT Director and they have one teenage son. She loves spending time with her family, watching her son play year-round basketball, crafting and collecting sloths.

Julie has been in insurance for over 15 years. She enjoys forming strong relationships with her customers and is not just another faceless agent. Julie and her husband Eric have 2 kids who are very involved in their respective sports and most free time is spent cheering them on. Julie loves to travel, especially to the beach!

Jeanine is one of our personal lines account manager. She is dedicated to providing great customer service to all of our customers and working with them to find the best policy for their needs. Outside of her professional life, Jeanine is deeply committed to her family. She and her husband of 25 years, Patrick have two strong and independent children, Trevor and MaKenzi. In her leisure time, Jeanine enjoys golfing, pickleball, reading and traveling. She also values spending quality time with family and friends.

Hailey is typically the first friendly voice you hear in our office and handles most of your personal lines service requests. She grew up in Pinehurst and have recently moved to Magnolia. She started her insurance career over a year ago and has loved it since. She has a passion for singing and is an avid baker! She is a mother to a beautiful son and spends most of her time with her family.
