Denise is the agency founder (we just celebrated 22 years with TWFG) and has been an agent for over 30 years. She is wife of Tracy, a retired middle school Football Coach, and the mom of three wonderful young men. She is a member and past Chairman of the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce and a member of Real Life Ministries Texas. When not busy with work and grandchildren, Denise enjoys traveling with her husband and is an avid reader.
Rachel is the Branch Manager, who began her insurance career after her teaching career. Rachel is an active member and volunteer at Real Life Ministries Texas church in the heart of Tomball. She loves spending time with her family and friends, crafting and is an ardent book-lover.
Mina is one of our personal lines service team. She is a native of Brenham and moved to Tomball a few years ago. She has one son, Hudson, and enjoys crocheting, bead work and photography in her spare time. She likes to capture every special moment she can with her camera.
Jeanine is one of our personal lines account manager. She is dedicated to providing great customer service to all of our customers and working with them to find the best policy for their needs. Outside of her professional life, Jeanine is deeply committed to her family. She and her husband of 25 years, Patrick have two strong and independent children, Trevor and MaKenzi. In her leisure time, Jeanine enjoys golfing, pickleball, reading, and traveling. She also values spending quality time with family and friends.
Melanie grew up in Southeast Texas and moved to Spring/Tomball area 17 years ago. She started her insurance career after 22 years in nursing. She is a wife and mom to 4 amazing kids. She attends Spring Baptist Church and loves spending time with her family, reading, camping, and chauffeuring kids to their activities.
Christy is one of our personal lines CSR. Christy and her husband of 15 years have two strong-willed daughters, Natelee and Claire. She loves traveling and her favorite place to visit is London. She loves spending time with her family and her sweet 13-year-old Yorkie, Harley Marley.
Jennifer is our commercial lines account manager and has been in the
insurance industry since 1990. She is married and has one grown daughter. Jennifer lives on a farm and helps run her family petting zoo. If you have spoken to her often, you know her favorite is Clyde the Camel!
Autumn has a background in education. She is married to John, an IT Director, and they have one teenage son. She loves spending time with her family, watching her son play year-round basketball, crafting and collecting sloths.
Debbie is a commercial lines account manager and has been in the insurance industry since 1995. She loves the outdoors and spends a lot of time with her two grown sons and 4 grandchildren. She is an avid cyclist on the weekends and spends a lot of time on the beach in her spare time.
