Denise is the agency owner (we just celebrated 20 years with TWFG) and has been an agent for over 30 years. She is wife of Tracy, a middle school Football and Track Coach, and the mom of three wonderful young men. She is active in our community as a member and past Chairman of the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce and as a member of Real Life Ministries Texas. When not busy with work and family (especially three grandchildren), Denise enjoys traveling with her husband and is an avid reader.
Rachel is a Personal Lines Account Manager who began her insurance career after her teaching career. Rachel is an active member and volunteer at Real Life Ministries Texas church in the heart of Tomball. She loves spending time with her family and friends, crafting and is an ardent book-lover.
Mina is one of our personal lines service team. She is a native of Brenham and moved to Tomball a few years ago. She has one son, Hudson, and enjoys crocheting, bead work and photography in her spare time. She likes to capture every special moment she can with her camera.
Jeanine is one of our personal lines account manager. She is dedicated to providing great customer service to all of our customers and working with them to find the best policy for their needs. Outside of her professional life, Jeanine is deeply committed to her family. She and her husband of 25 years, Patrick have two strong and independent children, Trevor and MaKenzi. In her leisure time, Jeanine enjoys golfing, pickleball, reading, and traveling. She also values spending quality time with family and friends.
Kristen lives in Cypress, TX, and has been there for nine and a half years. She has two children and two dogs. She has been married for eleven years, and her husband works for Halliburton. Her hobbies include taking her kids to swim practice and meets. When she has free time, she enjoys making wreaths, baking and cooking.
Hailey is typically the first friendly voice you hear in our office and handles most of your personal lines service requests. She grew up in Pinehurst and have recently moved to Magnolia. She started her insurance career over a year ago and has loved it since. She has a passion for singing and is an avid baker! She is a mother to a beautiful son and spends most of her time with her family.
Jennifer is our commercial lines account manager and has been in the
insurance industry since 1990. She is married and has one grown daughter. Jennifer lives on a farm and helps run her family petting zoo. If you have spoken to her often, you know her favorite is Clyde the Camel!
Autumn has a background in education. She is married to John, an IT Director, and they have one teenage son. She loves spending time with her family, watching her son play year-round basketball, crafting and collecting sloths.
Kate has joined our team as a commercial account manager. She has a background in insurance, cosmetology, and veterinary medicine. She is local to Tomball and is married and has 4 dogs. Her passions are painting, reading, hanging out with her dogs, and enjoying Mexican food any chance she gets.
